Taiwan's doctors removed four bees from a 29-year-old woman's left eye. She went to Fooyin University Hospital last month due to minute pain in the eye and the doctors discovered the tiny bees feeding off the moisture in her tear ducts.
At a press conference, Ophthalmologist (doctor of an eye) Dr Hung Chi-ting said, "Under the microscope, I slowly pulled them out, one after another."
Shockingly, the bees removed from her eye were still alive.
She said the test began when she was plucking weeds around a gravestone. She said, she rinsed what she thought was sand from her eyes, but the left eye was heavily swollen by the time she got home a few hours later.
In the end, as a result, the 4 tiny bees pulled out by the doctors without damaging their lives and she is also ok.
